Customer Survey
This
idea began in July of 1999. We thought that we would give our customers
the opportunity to "grade" us on the work that we had done for
them, so the "Survey Post Card" was born.
Once
your job is completed, you will receive a postage-paid "Survey Post
Card" in the mail. Then you can tell us if you like what we
did for you. The information that is gathered from the cards helps
us to better serve you and other customers, now and in the future.
Once
the card is returned to us, the information is compiled and then the card
is placed in a display album on our customer service counter. Anyone
who comes into our store is invited to view the cards.
This
shows potential customers what our previous customers think about our
company, our staff, our workmanship, our knowledge and the scope of our
professionalism.
So,

from our "Survey Post Cards" through July 2001 are as follows:
